Arrests
FARMINGTON – The following arrests were recently logged at Franklin County Detention Center:
• Gail Urquhart, 42, Salem, violation of condition of release Oct. 19 by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $100, provided for court appearance on Nov. 23.
• Joshua L. Haines, 19, Farmington, driving after suspension Oct. 20 by Farmington Police. Cash bail of $100 provided for court appearance on Nov. 23.
• Thomas Roy Gusler, 20, Phillips, violation condition of release Oct. 21 by Rangeley police. Bailed for court appearance on Oct. 26.
• Keith D. Gammon, 39, Auburn, Paris District Court warrant, violation condition of release Oct. 21 by Farmington police. Transferred to Oxford County on Oct. 25.
• Richard P. Murray, 55, Lewiston, violation condition of release Oct. 21 by Farmington police. He was sentenced to time was served and he was released Oct. 24.
• William J. Parker, 26, Wilton, driving under the influence, failure to give correct name Oct. 22 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $5,000 was provided for court appearance Nov. 23.
• Roy J. Simoneau Jr., 21, Chesterville, driving under the influence Oct. 22 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $5,000 provided for court appearance Nov. 23.
• Rebecca E. Haines, 26, Phillips, unpaid fines/fees Oct. 22 by the Sheriff’s Department. Paid fines and was released.
• Nathan Stuart, 26, Wilton, driving after suspension Oct. 22 by Maine State Police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 provided for court appearance Dec. 28.
• Kelby Porter, 21, Strong, domestic assault Oct. 23 by the Sheriff’s Department. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Oct. 26.
• Nevil Francois, 21, Strong, domestic assault Oct. 23 by the Sheriff’s Department. As of Oct. 25, he was still being held, according to a jail intake officer.
• Micheal A. Mclain, 44, Wilton, violation of condition of release Oct. 23 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $300 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 30.
• Curt A. Mercer, 19, Rangeley, failure to appear Oct. 23 by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $100 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 2.
