LEWISTON – Debbie Lynn Collins-Bolduc and Steven Lane Cornish were married on Dec. 3 at the Vineyard Church of Lewiston. The ceremony was officiated by Pastor Phil Strout. The ceremony, which was most romantic, started with the Vineyard’s Worship Group, followed by a very emotional letter to the bridegroom, read by Michelle Bolduc, daughter of the bride, delivering a message from the bride. After the tears were shed, a very emotional bridegroom than proceeded to sing “Broken Roads” to the bride. The ceremony continued to be very emotional followed by the appearance of doves, candles and snow storm, conducted by their magical friends, “The Almodarrs.”
The bride is the daughter of Wendell Collins Sr. of West Gardiner and Gloria Snell of Vassalboro. The bridegroom is the son of Robert Cornish of Norway and Pauline Cornish of Lewiston.
The maid of honor was Michelle Bolduc, daughter, and bridesmaid was Candy Roy, sister. The bride was escorted by Michael Bolduc, son.
The best man was Scott McFadden, and usher was Shawn Cornish, brother of the bridegroom.
The bride attended Gardiner Area High School and operates her own cleaning services, known as “Affordable Cleaning.”
The bridegroom attended Lewiston High School and is employed with BIW, and is one of Maine’s finest magicians.
The couple honeymooned on an eight-day cruise to the Caribbean. They reside in Lewiston.
