LEWISTON – Kristine Avery has been named senior vice president of human resources and client relations for Financial Institutions Service Corp.

Avery joined FISC five years ago as vice president of human resources and client relations. Prior to joining FISC, she was a vice president at Infinity Federal Credit Union. During her time at FISC, she has managed the growth of the Human Resources Department as well as created and managed the Client Relations Department.

She is treasurer for the Human Resource Association of Southern Maine.

FISC has also named Sue Pollock vice president of operations. She will be responsible for the statement processing, remittance processing and item processing departments.

Pollock has been with FISC for 17 years. During that time she has held numerous positions within the Item Processing Division, including several management positions. Most recently, as assistant vice president of project management, Sue has been responsible for the implementation of new products as well as the successful conversion of several clients to item processing, statement processing and remittance processing services.
