FARMINGTON – The following arrests were recently logged at Franklin County Detention Center:

• Scott A. Nelson, 18, Brampton, Ontario, illegal possession of schedule X drugs, illegal importation of schedule X drug, Feb. 22 by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $200 provided for court appearance on April 6.

• Todd R. Muir, 34, Sheldon Springs, Vt., possession of a dangerous knife, Feb. 22 by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $200 was provided for court appearance on March 22.

• Nicholas C. Smith, 23, North Anson, failure to appear – displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, Feb. 23 by Maine State Police. Cash bail of $100 was provided for court appearance on April 20.

• Philip A. Mosher, 23, Jay, domestic assault, Feb. 24 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $350 was provided for court appearance on April 20.

• Travis Oakes, 31, Industry, failure to pay fine for driving under the influence, Feb. 25 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $402 was provided, and he was released.

• John R. Grivois, 42, Jay, driving after suspension, Feb. 26 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on April 20.

• Chancell A. Luce, 22, Strong, violation of condition of release, Feb. 26 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $500 was provided for court appearance on April 6.

• Ryan O’Donnell, 22, Brookline, N.H., driving after suspension, Feb. 26 by Maine State Police. Sentence was completed, and he was released Feb. 27.

• Wayne C. Whitehouse, 44, Jay, driving under the influence, Feb. 26 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on April 20.

• John T. Berry, 51, Fayette, gross sexual assault, Feb. 27 by Maine State Police. Cash bail of $2,500 was provided for court appearance on March 24.

• Martin D. Conley, 38, Wilton, probation violation, Feb. 27 by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $1,000 was provided for court appearance on April 6.
