Auburn
• 80 Mill St.

Renovations to a three-story masonry building, to convert it into a 5,314-square-foot retail store on the first floor and six one-bedroom apartments on the remaining floors. James Rodway, developer. Completion expected in October.

• Lot 14, Kitty Hawk Industrial Park

Build a $1.2 million facility for Toddle Inn day care. The 10,150-square-foot building has separate rooms for babies, toddlers, preschoolers and kindergartners; plans also show an outside play area and a pool. Space for 182 children, staff of 38. Parking for 55 cars. Access off First Flight Drive. Completion expected in October.

Lewiston
• 14 Forrestal St.

Build a $900,000 extension of Maine Auto Radiator. The 15,600-square-foot addition will house the company’s stamping operation, which is now on Granite Street. The existing building is an 18,200-square-foot manufacturing and distribution building, which sits on three acres.

• 380 River Road

Build a $2.3 million trucking terminal for Estes Express Lines. The company, which has 175 terminals in 46 states, plans to build a 15,000-square-foot trucking terminal and parking for 107 tractor trailers. The facility sits on a 13-acre parcel. Completion expected winter 2006.

• 144 Old Chadbourne Road

2-lot residential subdivision, lots 101 by 100 feet. Edgar Leblanc of Turner, developer.

• 51-61 Westminster St.

Build a $2.4 million, two-story, 25,500-square-foot educational building on campus of L.A. College. The new building will hold classrooms and offices. The existing building is 63,900 square feet and sits on a 12.8- acre parcel. Completion expected in 2007.
