AUBURN – Central Maine Community College unveiled its June workshops/classes.

Conflict Management in the Workplace, Thursday, June 16 and 22 from 8:30-11:30 a.m. Course is designed to develop skills for dealing with interpersonal relationships and conflicts in the workplace. Participants gain understanding of different communication styles, responses to conflict, types of conflict and possible interventions.

Customer Service for Hospitality, Mondays, June 19 through July 17 from 1-4 p.m. (no class July 3). Course will cover customer service and customer expectations, communication and delivering quality service under pressure.
