OXFORD – The following are alternate routes around the 25th annual Show, Shine and Drag at Oxford Plains Speedway on Route 26 on Sunday.

Route 26 North:

Turn right onto Station Road by the Center Meeting House and Maine-ly Action. Take left onto East Oxford Road, then left onto Route 119 to Market Square in Paris, or turn left off Route 119 onto Oxford Street to go to the north end of Oxford.

Route 26 South:

Turn right onto Skeetfield Road, then left onto King Street. Follow King Street to Route 26 at the Center Meeting House/Maine-ly Action intersection. No left turns onto Route 26 will be allowed at this intersection.

Route 26 South alternate route:

Turn right onto Pottle Road near Hannaford Supermarket, then left onto Coldwater Brook Road. Continue onto Allen Hill Road, turn left onto Pleasant Street/Route 121 and go to the stop sign. Turn right onto King Street, then left onto Rabbit Valley Road. At Route 26, turn right to continue south.

Route 121 from Mechanic Falls:

All traffic will turn right onto Schoolhouse Road just before Route 26, except traffic bound for Oxford village, Otisfield and Casco. Route 26 north and speedway traffic will merge with 26 North at the Schoolhouse/Station Road intersection. Speedway traffic will turn left onto Number Six Road.

Route 121 from Otisfield/Casco:

All traffic will turn from Route 121 to King Street at the old central fire station. Route 26 south traffic will continue to Route 26 at the Center Meeting House/Maine-ly Action intersection. Speedway traffic will turn left at Skeetfield Road and right onto Route 26.
