LEEDS – The Leeds Community Church, 123 Church Hill Road, is planning a fundraiser from 7 a.m. to noon Saturday, Oct. 7.

Donations of white elephant items, handcrafted items, gift certificates for services or products and homemade pies are needed to help raise money for church programs. Volunteers are needed for the breakfast, auction and sale.

The breakfast from 7 to 9 a.m. will offer apple crepes, apple coffee cake and ham.

An auction will start at 9 a.m. Some items will be handcrafted by congregation and community members, and other items will be new things or services that people donate. A white elephant table will hold knickknacks, bric-a-brac and small tools.

A take-out baked bean supper will include baked beans, hot dogs, coleslaw and rolls.

Those who can donate items or who want more information about the event should call Pat Flewelling at 524-3003, the church at 524-5444, e-mail [email protected] or visit www.fairpoint.net/~lhparish/.
