FARMINGTON – The following arrests were recorded on Dec. 6 and 7 at the Franklin County Jail:

• Norbert Thibault, 43, of Peru, was arrested on Dec. 6 by Franklin County police for violating conditions of release. He was being held in the Franklin County jail on Dec. 7.

• Jonathan Brathwaite, 21, of West Farmington, was arrested on Dec. 6 by Farmington police on charges of assault, trespassing, and refusing to submit to arrest. He was released on Dec. 7 on $500 unsecured bail.

• Shawn Garland, 21, of Avon, was arrested on Dec. 7 by Franklin County police on charges of operating after suspension and attempting to elude an officer. He was being held in the Franklin County jail on Dec. 7.
