LEWISTON – Marcelle D. Bennett, 87, of Lewiston, died on Dec. 31, at Central Maine Medical Center.
She was bom in Lewiston Jan. 27, 1919, the daughter of Aime Delorme and Eugenie (Pineau) Delorme. On Feb. 26, 1965, she married Andrew Bennett who predeceased her in January 2005.
She is survived by one son, Philip J. Desmarais, and his wife, Linda-Lee, of Turner; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her only brother, Maurice Delorme; and a son, William J. Desmarais of Waco, Texas.
