The eyes have it at seniors meeting
LEWISTON – Dr. Reg Mailhot, OD, of Family Eye Health and Contact Lens Center, Sabattus Street, met with staff and volunteers at SeniorsPlus recently.
Mailhot spoke about common eye ailments that seniors encounter, the importance of early diagnosis and treatment as well as strategies that seniors may use to combat eye-related ailments.
Mailhot will speak at d’Youville Pavilion at noon Thursday, Feb. 8, as part of the “Successful Aging” series. Those who would like Mailhot to speak to a group or organization should call 782-9501 or visit www.family-eyehealth.com.
