• A vehicle owned by Debra A. Conrad, 43, of Lisbon Falls was struck by an unidentified second vehicle which left the scene at 3:40 p.m. Monday at 135 Holland St. Damage to Conrad’s 2005 Toyota was estimated at $2,500.
