Benefit dance

PARIS – A benefit dance for Bob Walker will be held Saturday, March 17, at the Four Season function center, Route 26, South Paris. The dance will start at 7 p.m. and music will be by DJ Rick Cummings.

Door prizes will be given out, including a pair of tickets to the BUSCH race on June 30 at New Hampshire International Speedway. Donations will be accepted at the door.

Library event

NORWAY – A demonstration of making wontons and workshops on brush painting and Chinese language will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, March 19, at the Unitarian Universalist Church. This is part of the 2007 One Book One Community program, “A Taste of China.” Preregistration is required by calling 743-5309 or stop by the information desk at the Norway Memorial Library.

Club to meet

PARIS – The Extra Mile ATV Club will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 20, at the town office. New members are welcome.

Planning fair

OTISFIELD – Plans for an Otisfield Community School craft fair, to be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, are being made. All crafters and artists are invited to show and sell their creations.

The fee for rental space is $25; bring a table or rent a four-foot table, $4, five-foot, $5; and six-foot, $6.
