LEWISTON – HealthSteps of St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center is holding sign-up for its spring specialty classes.

HealthSteps offers a range of classes with the core membership fee as well as a variety of specialty classes, including:

Racquetball: Registration for specific one-hour time slots is available from 6 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday. With core membership, $5 for the spring session April 23 to May 25; without core membership, an hour once a week, $5; an hour twice a week, $8.

Advanced Beginner Ballroom Dancing: fox trot, waltz and swing class for those who have had a basic class in the dances. Partner is required. From 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays, April 9, 16, 23 and 30; instructor, Diane Williams; $50 a couple; d’Youville Pavilion dining room.

HealthSteps is part of the prevention and wellness services offered through St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.
