JAY – A breakfast meeting of the Jay-Livermore-Livermore Falls Chamber of Commerce will be held at 7 a.m. Friday, April 6, at LaFleur’s Restaurant.

The guest speaker will be Joe Bruno, chairman of the Maine Republican Party. Bruno served in the Maine House of Representatives in the 116th, 118th, 119th, 120th and 121st Legislature. He served as the House Republican Leader in the 120th and 121st Legislature and on the Appropriations Committee in the 119th Legislature.

As the CEO of Community Pharmacies, a Maine-owned chain of pharmacies with 10 locations, he has firsthand experience in the difficulties associated with establishing, developing and growing a small business.

Bruno will share his ideas on how Maine can become more “small business friendly” and stimulate healthy job creation and economic prosperity.
