Charlie Ames, who inspired the audience with his original song “One Day at a Time” at last year’s Inspired Voices Concert, will perform again at this year’s show May 19 at Lewiston’s Franco-American Heritage Center.
Singers and other artists come together for benefit show
LEWISTON – The second annual Inspired Voices Concert and Consumer Art Exhibit – an event featuring songs, stories, art and poetry of hope and inspiration by individuals on a journey toward recovery – will be held Saturday, May 19.
Hosted by Tri-County Mental Health Services, the program will be held at the Franco-American Heritage Center.
There will be a preconcert reception when people can view the exhibit of consumer art.
Performing artists include Jody Bagley, Adam Blais, Kerry Dyer, Tony Farides, Kelsey Franklin, Mackenzi Masselli, Jessica Morrison, Tonya Perry, Nicholas Place, Joanne Rawlings-Sekunda, and Catherine Ryder, who is also the producer.

Proceeds from the event will support mental-health services and support programs for children, adults and elders.
