AUBURN – Pioneer Management Association, along with Pioneer Plastics, a subsidiary of Panolam Industries International Inc., donates money to local schools for Project Graduation.
According to PMA President Timothy Talarico, it has become a tradition to donate money to Project Graduation. Talarico said the association posts a note asking employees to list the schools their children attend.
The only requirements are that the child must be a senior in high school and the dependent of a full-time Pionite Auburn employee. He also said that so far the association has been able to contribute to all that have been listed.
Talarico said PMA and Panolam sent checks to four area schools in the amount of $50 each. Those schools are: Lewiston High School, Poland Regional High School, Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School and Monmouth Academy.
