Livermore Falls Highway Department members Larry Brown and mechanic Bob Merrill remove a piece of a guardrail Monday from the edge of the Livermore Falls Water District parking lot off Depot Street. District Superintendent Doug Burdo, far left, said the district plans to redo the parking lot and is looking at beautifying the area where the fence was with a strip of grass, some flowers and trees, and possibly some park benches.
