AUBURN – Mary Lewis led the St. Dom’s field hockey team to another victory, notching three goals and assisting on two as the Saints beat Poland 6-0 Monday afternoon.

Colleen Rideout added a pair of goals, while Taylor Tarr rounded out the offensive effort with a goal of her own. The Saints (3-1) played airtight defense, as they didn’t allow Poland to take a single shot on goal. Desiree Deburra turned out a strong performance in net, stopping 43 shots for the Knights (0-4).

Telstar 8, Dirigo 0

BETHEL – Whitney Mills found the back of the cage four times as Telstar blanked Dirigo 8-0.

Kayla Merrill chipped in with a pair of goals, while Jamie Steven and Mariah Bundy each added one a piece.

The Rebels (3-0) jumped out to a 7-0 lead at the half, and kept Dirigo shotless throughout the entire contest.

Brittany Young turned aside seven shots for Dirigo (2-2).

Lisbon 4, Georges Valley 1

THOMASTON – Kayla Michaud recorded a pair of goals as Lisbon coasted to a 4-1 victory over Georges Valley.

The Greyhounds took a 2-0 halftime lead on Michaud’s two goals, both assisted by Kelly Bourgoin.

Katie Fitzgerald and Kelsey Piche led the defense for Lisbon, holding the Buccaneers to only one goal which came with 16:57 remaining in regulation.

Goalie Colleen Haskell made 17 saves for Georges Valley, while Monica Lakin turned back 10 for Lisbon win the winning effort.
