LEWISTON – Police were questioning a man Tuesday night in connection with a robbery at a local Dunkin’ Donuts.

An employee reported the robbery at the Dunkin’ Donuts at 590 Main St. just after 7:40 p.m. Police said a tall, thin man wearing a mask and dark sunglasses brandished a weapon and left with an undisclosed amount of cash.

They believe he fled on foot.

Police found a man walking in the Tall Pines area and were questioning him late Tuesday night.

The store was shut down as police interviewed employees and searched the area with help from a Lisbon police dog.
