FARMINGTON – Mary Dunlap, an advanced nurse practitioner in family and adult practice, will join the medical staff of Franklin Health Livermore Falls Family Practice on April 6. Dunlap is providing health care to patients at Swift River Health Care in Rumford now.

Dunlap received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Cornell University School of Nursing and her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Southern Maine. She later received an advanced nurse practitioner degree in family and adult practice with Sigma Theta Tau honors from Simmons College in Boston.

Dunlap practiced at the Livermore Falls office with Dr. Dorothy Thayer for four years before joining Swift River Health Care in 2003. Her professional interests are in women’s health (all ages), adolescent health, and children.

Franklin Health Livermore Falls Family Practice is at 38 Union St. The practice is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., and Friday from 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. To schedule an appointment, call 897-6601.
