WOODSTOCK – Selectmen on Tuesday reappointed Fire Department officers.
They are: Chief and EMA Director Geff Inman, 1st assistant Chief Kenneth Koskela and 2nd assistant Chief Randy Eastman. Others include Captl. David Bobbe, Lt. Donald Hoyt and fire police Kenneth and Ralph Hoyt.
Town Manager Vern Maxfield praised them for their quality service.
“We are proud of our Fire Department and thank them for all they have done for the town over the years,” he said.
Maxfield also announced that PACE Ambulance Service, the town’s new emergency services provider, is planning first responder and emergency medical technician classes later this year to prepare people to assist in shortening response time.
Maxfield also said he is waiting for lawn mowing bids with a deadline of Tuesday, May 5. Bids may be submitted to the town office from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
