RUMFORD – A Community Networking Meeting, sponsored by the River Valley Healthy Communities Coalition, is scheduled for noon Wednesday, April 22, at the Rumford Public Library downstairs in the community room.

Tim Gallant of the Rumford Parks Department will speak about new additions to Hosmer Field, including a skateboard park.

Grange sale

RUMFORD – Rumford Grange 115, Rumford Center, will have a yard and food sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 25. Those who have items to donate should call Vicki at 364-2129.

Silent auction

CANTON – Canton Cruisers Relay For Life Team will sponsor a Chinese/silent auction on Saturday, April 25, at the new fire station. Doors will open at 2 p.m. and the auction will begin at 4.
