MEXICO – As part of the Mexico Public Library’s “Wonderful Wednesdays” monthly programs for kids ages 2 to 10, the library will host an “Ahoy, Maties!” Pirate Party from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 27, at the Calvin Lyons Hall next door to the library (lower level of the Town Hall building).

It will be a kick-off party for the library’s summer reading program for Kids, “Captain Book and His Bookaroos!” Included in the fun for the day will be a chance to sign up for summer reading and receive reading packets, games, stories and refreshments.
