Records Management Center, a division of Lynco Inc., announces the acquisition of File-Busters of Lisbon, a company specializing in confidential records storage and destruction. File-Busters’ previous owner, Heather Rideout of Lisbon, will remain affiliated with the business as an independent consultant. During the acquisition, RMC has hired an additional employee and anticipates that continued growth may lead to other employment opportunities.
