JAY — A second Jay teenager has been charged in connection with a stolen all-terrain vehicle from BJ’s Trailer Park off Intervale Road on Aug. 4.

Police Detective Richard Caton IV said he charged another 17-year-old boy with felony theft by unauthorized taking. He was released to his parents’ custody.

Caton had charged a 17-year-old boy Wednesday after the ATV was found hidden in a ditch off the railroad tracks behind the Jay Plaza. That teen also faces a felony charge of theft. He was put under house arrest until an October court date.

Caton said he was also investigating other thefts in the Jewell Street area that may be related.
