A window of an apartment at 87 Howe St. was smashed Oct. 15 at 1:45 a.m.

A window of an apartment at 119 Pine St. was smashed by a piece of wood Oct. 15 at 1:22 a.m.

The exit gate at the Chestnut Street Garage was broken off Oct. 12 before 1:50 a.m.

The exit gate at the Chestnut Street parking lot was broken off Oct. 9 before 9 p.m.

Theft

Numerous lawn ornaments were stolen from the lawn of 25 Champlain Ave. overnight Oct. 9-10.

Two residents of Russell Park Manor at 158 Russell St. had property stolen from their rooms Oct. 9 before 2 p.m.

A bright green 20-inch Next BMX Chaos bicycle was stolen from the lawn of Farwell School at 86 Farwell St. on Oct. 9 before 5 p.m.

Burglary

An apartment at 425 Main St. was burglarized Oct. 9 before 11 a.m.; a window was broken to get in.

An apartment at 1176 Lisbon St. was burglarized Oct. 13 at 5 p.m. A purse was taken from inside.

A residence at 180 South Ave. was burglarized Oct. 10 between 1:45 and 4 p.m. An entry door was pried to gain entry; it does not appear that any property was taken.

Motor vehicle burglary

A vehicle parked in the CMMC parking garage at 300 Main St. was burglarized Oct. 10 before 9 p.m.

Motor vehicle theft

A green 1997 Ford Explorer was stolen from in front of the Acme Social at 255 Park St. on Oct. 10 after 10 p.m. It was later crashed and abandoned on Broad Street in Auburn.

Robbery

Officers responded to Rooper’s at 694 Main St. on Oct. 14 at 12:58 p.m. for a panic alarm. Upon arrival they were alerted that the store had just been robbed by a while male, six feet tall and
wearing glasses and a blue hooded sweatshirt. The suspect was also armed with a hand gun.

Operating under the influence

David Pomerleau, 57, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence and operating while license suspended on Oct. 9 at 10:58 p.m. at 1033 Sabattus St. after a routine traffic stop.

Daniel Wands, 28, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence and operating while license suspended on Oct. 10 at 11:55 p.m. at 255 Park St. after a routine traffic stop.

Jennifer Sands, 26, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence on Oct. 10 at 5:06 a.m. at 220 Blake St. after a routine traffic stop.

Evan Manocal, 21, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence on Oct. 11 at 1:49 a.m. at 69 Sabattus St. after a routine traffic stop.

Keith Meehl, 27, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence on Oct. 16 at 1:15 a.m. at Main and Bates streets after a routine traffic stop.

Operating after suspension

Michael Gallo, 23, was arrested on a charge of operating while license suspended on Oct. 9 at 10:50 p.m. at 115 Shawmut St. after a routine traffic stop.

Wanted

Christopher Winslow, 26, is wanted on a warrant charging unpaid fines for OUI.

Jimmy Ryals, 22, is wanted on a warrant charging unpaid fines for disorderly conduct.

Shawn Canney, 45, is wanted on a warrant charging unpaid fines for assault.
