Criminal mischief
The side of Central Maine Medical Center at 70 Middle St. was tagged with graffiti before 5:30 p.m. Dec. 15. “Risk 09” was written in white paint.
A vehicle parked at 490 Pleasant St. had a rear window broken sometime between 8 and 10 a.m. Dec. 12.
A window to an apartment at 49 Bradley St. was shot with a BB gun overnight Dec. 15-16.
A computer at the Root Cellar at 89 Birch St. was damaged sometime before 2 p.m. Dec. 11.
The Lewiston Pawn Shop at 383 Lisbon St. was tagged with graffiti the afternoon of Dec. 16. “TCC” was written in spray paint.
A glass entry door to 140 Canal St. was broken overnight Dec. 10-11.
Robbery
Nicholas Coy, 25, was charged with robbery, violating conditions of release and theft at 11:30 p.m. Dec. 12. A patron of the Acme Social Club was assaulted and robbed on Dec. 11. The victim was pushed to the floor and his wallet was stolen.
Police chase
Timothy Gilbert, 20, was charged with driving to endanger and failing to stop for officers at 12:10 a.m. Dec. 16 after a brief chase on Sabattus Street. The driver eventually lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a snowbank.
