AUBURN — The After Dark Club of the Woman’s Literary Union will continue its program year at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 16, with a presentation by Kerry Irish, MSW, LCSW, OSW-C, entitled, “The Patrick Dempsey Center – Bringing Hope and Healing to Cancer Patients in Central Maine.”

Irish is the program director of the Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer Hope and Healing in Lewiston. She has worked in oncology and hospice care settings since 1995 and has been intimately involved in the creation and development of the center since its inception.

The meeting will be held at the former Horatio G. Foss Mansion, 19 Elm St., which is on the National Register of Historic Places. Members of the public are welcome to attend. Refreshments will be served.
