The Community Free Baptist Church located at 9 Main St., Sabattus, has recently opened a food pantry in the lower level of the church. The food pantry will be open from 9 a.m. to noon on the first and third Wednesday of each month. For those needing assistance on the weekend, the pantry will be open on the Saturday between the Wednesday openings. Volunteers at the pantry will provide assistance with transportation of food if needed. For more information, contact Cheryl Stewart at 933-2020 or Pastor Russell Stewart at 740-6312.
