LISBON — On Sunday, Aug. 29, at 5:30 p.m. “The Pavilion” stage will be presented to the community during the last Concert in the Park series featuring Back to Basics. The stage was built with sponsorships from two local businesses, while the Navy Seabees actually constructed the stage.
