AUBURN — Paul and Diane Caron of Auburn are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Christine Marie Caron of Johnston, R.I., to Jonathan Wayne Domen of Johnston, R.I., son of Wayne and Denise Domen of Terryville, Conn.

Miss Caron is a 1998 graduate of Edward Little High School and received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Bowdoin College in Brunswick in 2002 and a master’s degree in environmental science and management from the University of Rhode Island in 2007. She is currently employed with NEIWPCC at the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management in Providence, R.I.

Mr. Domen is a 1998 graduate of Terryville High School in Terryville, Conn., and received his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in computer information systems in 2002 and his master’s degree in information systems in 2006, both from Bryant University in Smithfield, R.I., where he is currently employed as a network analyst.

The wedding will be held at 10 a.m. on Oct. 16 at our Lady of Good Help Church in Mapleville, R.I.
