Unless otherwise noted, the following will be arraigned on Nov. 2 in Rumford District Court:
* Nicole Belskis, 26, Mexico, domestic assault, 8:26 p.m. Sept. 17 on Hancock Street. She was released on $600 unsecured bail.
* Tyler Child, 21, Peru, disorderly conduct, 8:23 p.m. Sept. 17 on Hancock Street. He was released on $300 unsecured bail.
* Christopher Walker, 31, Rumford, warrant charging failure to pay fines on charge of domestic assault, 10:50 p.m. Sept. 13 on River Street. He was released on $370 cash bail. A court date has yet to be scheduled.
