This is in response to Cathy Russell’s letter of Oct. 2.

If she were a true Democrat, she would understand what Libby Mitchell is doing. The only thing she is guilty of is telling the facts.

Paul LePage is not the right choice for Maine. Mitchell is about what is right and what is fair.

I also feel that Russell cannot call herself a true Democrat and then vote for someone who does not support equal rights.

I hope Libby Mitchell wins and shows Russell and others that she is the better choice for Maine.
