LEWISTON — Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice has announced the availability of the 2010 Holiday Remembrance Ornament. This is the fifth year AHCH has offered remembrance ornaments during the holidays.
A choice of two ornaments will be offered this year. One features a peace dove and the other, holiday candles with holly leaves. The ornaments are made in Maine, from New England rock maple and are expertly hand-cut on a scroll saw. Ornaments come with a personalized remembrance tag and are packaged in a clear plastic box.
Ornaments are $20 each and proceeds support AHCH home care and hospice services. Quantities are limited. Because they are handmade, reservations must be placed by Dec. 1.
Ornaments are on display with reservation forms at all three Mechanics Savings Bank locations: 100 Minot Ave., Auburn; 664 Main St., Lewiston; and 3 Drive-In Lane, Windham; at the AHCH Hospice House in Auburn and AHCH’s main office on Strawberry Avenue, Lewiston. The ornaments may also be viewed on the website, where reservation forms may be printed. Visit ahch.org.
