LEWISTON — Marjorie Ann Relph is announcing the engagement of her sister, Goldie Marie Blankenship, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hale Fredrick DeCou, to Norman Floyd Byrnes Jr., son of Barbara Louise Wright and Norman Floyd Byrnes Sr.
The wedding is planned for Nov. 20.
