Cub Scout Troop 139 made a special visit to the Mechanic Falls Town Offices on Dec. 28. As part of their badge requirements, the Wolf Den, Tiger Den and someWebelos participated in a tour given by Town Manager John Hawley. He showed them a video that outlined how the town government works and fielded questions. Scouts met Police Chief Jeffery Goss and visited the fire department and the public works office.
