RANGELEY — This season’s “Winter Diva” production, scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 28-30, has the makings of a wild show of comedy, dance and singing.

Carolyn Smith and Terry Martin have pulled together a group of performers for this event and have cast an even wider net for audience participation. Musicians, realtors, landscape artists, business owners, ministers, teachers, mothers, town clerks, radio station managers, graphic artists, dancers and drummers will perform as Diva characters.

Joining the cast of unpredictable characters will be Barney Martin, a member of the Coos Canyon Band and The Maine Hysterical Society.

The entertainment will also include Cher and Elvis look-alike contests. Winners will be determined by audience applause.

The show at Moose Alley is a benefit for the Rangeley Lakes Regional School’s graduating class of 2011.

Tickets may be purchased at the Rangeley Lakes Chamber of Commerce; call 864-5364.
