LEWISTON — The education committee of the Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with the CareerCenter and Lewiston Adult Education, has put together a panel of experts and invites members of the public to “Starting Your Own Business.” The panel will discuss financing, business plans, legal considerations, marketing, franchises and more with those persons who have questions. The event will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Feb. 16 at Lewiston High School in the Multi-Purpose Room.
The panel includes Paul Badeau of the Lewiston-Auburn Economic Growth Council, Greg Gould of the Androscoggin Valley Council of Governments, and Shirley Hamilton of Women Work & Community.
There is no cost to attend and registration is not necessary.
