JAY — Nomination papers for election to town offices in Jay, Livermore and Livermore Falls have been filed.
In Jay, Selectmen Timothy DeMillo and Thomas Goding are both seeking re-election to three-year terms and each will run unopposed. No one else returned papers for either seat.
William Flagg will run unopposed for a three-year trustee term on the Jay Water District.
A trustee seat on the North Jay Water District will be left up to write-in votes because no one submitted papers for the seat.
Livermore Selectperson John Wakefield will run unopposed for another three-year term on the board. Selectperson Wayne Timberlake seeks another two-year term. He is being challenged by Cathy Lee.
In Livermore Falls, Selectman Bill Demaray seeks another three-year term and will be challenged by Alphonso Barker.
Jeffrey Bryant is seeking a two-year term on the board. The seat is currently held by Barker.
Voters in all three towns will go to the polls June 14.
