FARMINGTON — The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce board of directors will honor departing Executive Director Lorna Nichols at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the chamber office on the Wilton Road. Nichols’ assistant, Michele Nichols, is also leaving and will be recognized.

The public is welcome to stop and wish them well on their next endeavor.

Both resigned from their positions late last month. The board is currently interviewing to fill the executive director position.
