LISBON — Lisbon park ranger Verla Broooks will host a guided wildflower walk at 1 p.m. Sunday, May 29, at Beaver Park. Participants will meet at the kiosk located at the park entrance and should plan to walk for an hour on Beaver Park trails.

Other ongoing programs at Beaver Park are Thursday morning walks starting at 7 a.m. and ending at 8 a.m. The park ranger guides participants along Beaver Park trails for a brisk morning walk. Every day of the week except for Thursday, cyclists can meet at the Beaver Park kiosk at 7 a.m. and take part in a one-hour bike ride in the Lisbon area lead by Verla. Weekend rides are longer depending on the group’s decision. For more information pertaining to these programs or to register, call Beaver Park at 353-9075. These programs are free to the public.
