Richard Grant, 46, Mexico, failure to appear-displaying false registration, Nov. 24, $100 cash bail, appearance in Rumford District Court on Dec. 6, Farmington Police Department.

John Lonnie Baker, 44, Brockton, Mass., driving after suspension, Nov. 24, $250 cash, court appearance Jan. 19, Farmington Police Department.
