AUBURN — Kathy Long of Sabattus has completed the necessary courses to become Maine’s first and only certified master pedicurist.
She received advanced education of foot and nail disorders and diabetic foot care and infection control with the North American School of Podology, Tampa, Fla. She will attend NASP in Toronto in the fall to become certified in podology.
Long has been in the spa business for 15 years as a licensed aesthetician, licensed cosmetologist and certified reflexologist. She is a member of the Maine Council of reflexology and the International Pedicure Association.
She is available for foot care needs at Panache, 20 Coburn St., Auburn. For more information or an appointment, call 782-9009.
