FARMINGTON — A Manchester man is accused of attempting to use a credit card reported stolen or missing, officer Mike Raymond said Monday.
Raymond said he began an investigation after he received a report of someone trying to use the credit card at the Carrabassett Valley at Circle K at the Irving Station on routes 2 and 4. He checked Hannaford parking lot in Farmington and located a suspect and questioned him.
Raymond said he arrested Robert J. Cloutier, 28, on a charge of receiving stolen property after he searched his vehicle and found the missing credit card.
