While maintaining an outstanding academic record, Declan has been busy in school activities and athletics. He was a member of the Soccer Team (9,11,12 – named captain 12) and Tennis Team (9,10,11,12 – named captain 11,12). Declan has been involved in Math Team (11,12), Band (9,10,11,12), Drama Club (12) and Latin Club (9,10,11,12 – named Parliamentarian 11,12). Declan was voted Class Treasurer (9,10,11,12). He participated in the Youth in Government program (11,12) and went to Boys State (11).

Declan plans to attend Bates College majoring in Music Education.

Randee has been involved in various interests and activities during her 4 years at Winthrop High School. She was a member of the girls’ soccer team (9), Math Team (11, 12), Maine Youth Voices (a youth advocacy group 10,11,12), art Club (9,11), Latin Club (10,11,12), high school band (9,10,11,12) and participated in the Kennebec Valley Music Educators Association Music Festival (9-12).

Randee plans to attend Wagner College in New York majoring in Psychology

Deirdre Eileen Dosedlo Daughter of Rick and Donna Dosedlo of Winthrop

Deirdre has been a member of the Latin Club (10,11,12) and has proven to be an invaluable office aide (9,10,11,12). She has been a mentor to middle school students (11,12). She continued her volunteering in the community by participating in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. Deirdre has volunteered in the Walk for Hope, The Theatre at Monmouth and also at Bear Haven Daycare.

Deirdre plans to attend the University of Maine at Farmington majoring in Special Education

Alexander James Ingram Son of Steve and Kerrie Ingram of Winthrop

Alex has been a tri-sport athlete all 4 years of high school. He was a member of the Football Team (9,10,11,12), Hockey Team (9,10,11,12), and Lacrosse (9,10,12). Alex has been a volunteer with the Winthrop Youth and Middle School Football programs. He has been a member of the Latin Club and Maine Junior Classical League (9,10,11,12) and the Math Team (12).

Alex plans to attend the University of Maine at Orono majoring in Chemical Engineering

Hunter Lansing Kilgore Son of Donna DeBlois and Douglas Kilgore of Winthrop

Hunter has been a member of the Latin Club (9,10,11,12) and Math Team (12). He played basketball (9,10,11,12) and was captain his senior year. He also ran Cross-Country (9,10) and Track (10). Hunter was a founding member of Camp All Sports in Winthrop.

Hunter plans to attend Florida State University majoring in Civil Engineering

Heidi Nicole Lachance Daughter of Steve Lachance of Manchester and

Holly Bernier Lachance of Winthrop

Heidi played tennis (9,10) and ran track (10,11). She also was a member of the Key Club (9,10) and Spanish Club (9,10). Heidi was inducted in to National Honor Society (11). Outside of the school day, Heidi volunteers at the Grade School and is also a volunteer soccer official.

Heidi is undecided as to where she will attend college, however, she plans to pursue a degree in Clinical Child Psychology, with a minor in education.

Zachary James Nadeau Son of Amie Nadeau of Lewiston and

Jennifer Nadeau of Winthrop

Zach was a member of the Track Team (10,11,12 – Captain 12) and Football Team (9,11,12 – Captain 12). He is one of those neighbors you love to have, helping out with yard work, snow shoveling and splitting wood for those who need help. Zach has been a volunteer track coach for the summer recreation program in Winthrop.

Zach plans to attend the University of Maine at Farmington majoring in Secondary Education with a minor in Coaching. Zach is also striving to become certified as a Personal Trainer.

Thomas Jacob Pietroski Son of Joseph and Doris Pietroski of Winthrop

Thomas has been involved in a variety of activities over his high school years. He has been a member of the boys Soccer Team (9,10,11,12) and was named Defensive Player of the Year for Winthrop High School (12) – he was also named to the Mountain Valley Conference All-Academic Team for soccer. Thomas has been a member of the Track Team (10,11,12) and Ice-Hockey Team (9,10,11,12). He has been in the Latin Club (9,10,11,12) being elected Vice President (11,12). Thomas has been on the Math Team (9,10,11,12), elected captain (11). Thomas is in the National Honor Society (11,12) and has participated in the Youth in Government program (9,10,11,12).

Thomas has been a volunteer Junior Camp Counselor (10) at Mechuwana He has participated in the United Volunteers of Maine’s Haunted House (10,11) and the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life (10,11). He has been a hockey referee for USA Hockey for the past 6 years.

Thomas plans to attend Lyndon State College majoring in Political Science of History

Jessica Anne Scott Daughter of John and Khristine Scott of Winthrop

Jessica has been busy in school and on the athletic field. A tri-athlete she has been a member of the Field Hockey and Girls Basketball and Tennis teams (9,10,11,12) captaining all teams. She was elected Class Vice-President (9,10,11) and Class President (12). Jessica has been a member of the Student Council (9,10,11,12) and has served as secretary of the National Honor Society. As a junior Jessica was a member of the Math Team.

Jessica has been a volunteer at the Grade School

Jessica will attend the University of Maine at Orono majoring in Elementary Education.

Aaron Christopher St. Pierre Son of Julien and Mona St. Pierre of Winthrop

Aaron has been a tri-athlete during his high school years. He was a member of the Boys Soccer Team (9,11,12), Nordic Ski Team (9,10,11,12 – Captain 11,12) and Tennis Team (10,11,12 – Captain 11). Off the playing field Aaron has been a member of the Latin Club (9,10,11,12) and the Drama Club (10,11,12).

While a member of the Nordic Ski Team Aaron also helped with the construction of a Waxing Shed/Concession Stand to be used by various teams of Winthrop High School. He also played guitar in a band that raised money for cancer research.

Aaron plans to attend the University of Maine at Orono but at this point in time his major is undecided.
