PORTLAND The Portland Sea Dogs in conjunction with the Maine Medical Partners Urology and the Maine Track Club will host the third annual Father’s Day 5k Road Race. Proceeds will benefit Maine Coalition to Fight Prostate Cancer. There will also be a Kid’s Run that is free of charge. Start at the Portland Expo at 9 a.m. Register at The Running Company, 563 Forest Avenue, on Friday and Saturday before the race.

TURNER 9 a.m. Leavitt Father’s Day 5k. Start on the fields between the football field and track at Leavitt Area High School, 21 Matthews Way.
