The Wilton Free Public Library hosted a successful annual Fancy Nancy Tea Party Picnic on June 8. Although rainy, more than 100 crowded into the children’s room in their fancy attire. All the children sat around the rocking chair to hear the book, “Fancy Nancy Fanciest Doll in the Universe,” by Jane O’Connor. There was a craft activity, as well as a tea party photo booth with photos taken. Jennifer Savage of Wilton is pictured with her daughters, Kari and Andi.
