FARMINGTON — Franklin County commissioners accepted the resignation Monday of legal secretary Miranda Butterfield.
She has worked in the District Attorney’s Office since 2008.
She is returning to work at the Kennebec County District Attorney’s Office, where she worked prior to the Franklin County office.
The position will be posted in-house and advertised.
Commissioner Gary McGrane of Jay requested Deputy District Attorney Andrew Robinson do an exit interview with Butterfield.
It is very important conduct an exit interview to find out why people are leaving, he said.
