BOWDOIN — The body of a man in his 50s was found early Wednesday morning in the middle of Adams Road.
The man, who lived in Bowdoin but whom police did not identify, was unresponsive when emergency crews arrived just before 5:30 a.m., according to Chief Deputy Brett Strout of the Sagadahoc County Sheriff’s Office.
The death does not appear suspicious, Strout said, but the state medical examiner has been called to investigate.
